Event Information

The final ever shows are announced today for Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith’s smash hit Inside No.9 Stage/Fright. The critically acclaimed production starring the pair must end in London with six final shows at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith from 2 - 6 January 2026. Inside No.9 Stage/Fright debuted in the West End in January this year with a sold out 12-week season. This has been followed in September by a 12-venue tour around the UK, which will continue to thrill audiences for the next month in Stoke, Liverpool and Edinburgh before culminating in Birmingham on 6 December, ahead of the final Hammersmith shows. Do not miss your last chance to see Pemberton and Shearsmith in Stage/Fright. Nominated for a prestigious Olivier Award this year in the Best New Entertainment or Comedy Play category, Inside No.9 Stage/Fright features comedic, spooky and dramatic moments as fans of the BBC TV show have come to expect, with some familiar characters and stories mixing with brand new material. These final ever shows will see Steve and Reece once again star in the “Dazzlingly Entertaining” (Sunday Times) stage version of their award-winning BBC television comedy Inside No.9. Receiving rave reviews across the board, with the Mail on Sunday’s five-star review lauding the show as “absurdly entertaining. There’s simply nothing like it”, this is the chance for fans around the UK to witness the “wildly clever” (Financial Times) show. “A Bold West End debut… Bravo” (Daily Telegraph). Special guest stars have included Ian McKellen, Jonathan Ross, Maureen Lipman, Lenny Henry, Stephen Fry, Rick Astley, Michael Sheen, David Tennant, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Basil Brush. The ninth, and final, season of the BAFTA award winning BBC TV series was screened last year to huge critical acclaim and is now available on BBC iPlayer.
