You’ll hear the joyful and colourful sounds of Mendelssohn’s Italian Symphony, inspired by his travels through sun-soaked 19th-century Italy. Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake Suite delivers some of the most famous and enchanting ballet melodies ever composed, while his Rococo Variations, performed by the renowned cellist Wen-Sinn Yang, is a sparkling, elegant piece filled with charm and wit.
