Comedy stand up near Southampton on Friday 27th June Expect a night packed with sharp wit, belly laughs, and an unbeatable atmosphere. The Double G Comedy Club is fast becoming the place to be so grab your tickets, bring your mates, and get ready for a comedy night to remember! Tove Tove hails all the way from Sweden, where she was simply too talented for Hollywood so she graciously decided to bless the UK instead, one laugh at a time. She started as an impersonator (yes, she was that good; Swedish TV-level good), but eventually found her own voice, mostly using it to deliver rude jokes with the charm of a Swede whose acting career never quite took off. Covering everything from Swedish stereotypes to the mysteries of British culture, Tove confidently claims to be the best thing to come out of Sweden since IKEA; with fewer instructions and way more inappropriate jokes. Graeme Collard South Coast Comedian of the Year - Runner Up 2021 After starting out on Brighton’s new act circuit, Graeme now performs at clubs and festivals around Britain. Graeme is noted for his slightly off the wall laid back style which usually features a mix of observations and one liner’s. Recent accolades include finishing runner-up in South Coast Comedian of the Year 2021. Calum Brennan Hampshire “ Rookie” Comedian of the Year 2024 With a dry delivery and just enough charm to get away with it, Calum Brennan might be your friendly neighborhood blind guy! Just don’t expect him to save you; he can’t even see where you are. What he can do is make you laugh, whether you like it or not. Irish Irish is a celebrated and rather talented comedian hailing from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Renowned for his unique blend of satire and stand-up comedy, Irish captivates audiences with his quintessential charm and sharp wit. His comedic repertoire often delves into social commentary, reflecting his deep connection to Irish culture and a desire to take his audiences to places they’ve yet to discover. Joe Fortis at The Attic Joe Fortis is a rising star on the local comedy circuit, known for his razor-sharp wit, unpredictable punchlines, and an uncanny ability to make even the most awkward situations hilarious. Armed with a microphone and a slightly questionable life philosophy, Joe has been leaving audiences in stitches at comedy clubs, dive bars, and anywhere with a stage and a functioning sound system. Whether he’s riffing on the absurdity of modern life, sharing painfully relatable personal mishaps, or just trying to figure out why his cat seems to judge him, Joe’s comedy is a mix of clever observations and self-deprecating charm. While he’s still “making a name for himself” (which is a polite way of saying he’s not famous yet), it’s only a matter of time before Joe Fortis becomes a name you pretend you knew before he got big.
