MOTORPOINT ARENA NOTTINGHAM PARTNERSHIP

We are delighted to announce that Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is now partnered with Concerts for Carers adding to our growing roster of venues, providing tickets to every event for NHS and paid Care workers as a means of promoting their mental health and wellbeing.

Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is pledging to provide NHS and paid Care workers with free tickets for all shows and events from April 2023.

Martin Ingham, Chief Executive at Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be partnering with Concerts for Carers. It is a simple way for our venue to say thank you to so many staff for the huge amounts of dedication, skill, hard work and caring that they put into looking after some of the most vulnerable people in our community. We are very proud that the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham gives over half a million people a year a wonderful release from everyday problems and stresses as they focus on having a great time. That is great for our customers’ mental health, but it is the staff in the NHS and care homes who do the hard work in caring for people, day in, day out.”

Concerts for Carers co-founder, Steve Gotkine, said: ”Partnering with the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is instrumental in widening our reach across the UK and providing more opportunities for our beneficiaries to get access to events all year round. We are thrilled to partner with such a fantastic venue and incredibly grateful for their support.”

Since launching over 18 months ago, we have seen over 100,000 NHS and paid Care workers register to enter for tickets to over 1,750 shows with over 50,000 tickets worth over £3.5million given away.
