General Competition Terms and Conditions.

- Competitions are promoted by Concerts for Carers Ltd (hereby noted as CfC) whose registered address is at 57a Broadway, Leigh On Sea, Essex, England, SS9 1PE.
- Entries are limited to one per person. Entrants must be registered with CfC.
- Open to UK residents aged 18+.
- Anyone using multiple social media accounts to make additional entries will be disqualified.
- Winners will be drawn at random after manual verification of entry conditions being met.
- There is no cash alternative, and the prizes cannot be transferred or sold. Only the competition winners can redeem the prizes.
- The winners will be notified via their email registered with CfC within 10 days of the published competition closing date and must respond within 10 working days to claim their prize.
- Details on how to redeem the prizes will then be provided to the winners within 5 working days and tickets or passes must be redeemed within 2 months of receipt.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Up at the O2 – Facebook Competition
- Entrants must be following the CfC Facebook page and be registered with us at Concertsforcarers.org.uk to meet eligibility criteria.
- To enter, users must comment on the competition post with their favourite song and share why it’s meaningful to them.
- The prize is 1 x pair of tickets to Up at The O2 experience. Five winners will be chosen.
- The tickets are to be redeemed against daytime climbs (The Original Climb), valid Monday to Friday.
- Winners will be responsible for ensuring all participants meet the requirements as set out by Up at The O2 and adhere to all booking terms and conditions. Details of which are made available during their booking process.
- CfC accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to any participants or any participant’s belongings resulting from this activity.
- CfC accepts no responsibility for any charges, travel costs or any other penalties incurred by the participants resulting from participation in this activity.
- Entries close at 23.59 on Tuesday 29th August 2023. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.
National Ice Centre Ice Skating – Instagram Competition
- To qualify, both entrants and nominated parties must be registered with CfC.
- Entrants must be following the CfC Instagram page and be registered with us at Concertsforcarers.org.uk to meet eligibility criteria.
- To enter, entrants must tag an NHS or paid Care worker in the comment.
- The prize is 1 x Family pass at The National Ice Centre, Nottingham. These can be redeemed against public skating sessions as well as disco skate sessions. Three winners will be selected.
- Family Pass includes 2 adults & 2 children (under 16).
- Winners will be responsible for ensuring all participants adhere to all booking and skating terms and conditions. Full details of which can be found on the National Ice Centre website.
- CfC accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to any participants or any participant’s belongings resulting from this activity.
- Concerts for Carers accepts no responsibility for any charges, travel costs or any other penalties incurred by the participants resulting from participation in this activity.
- Entries close at 23.59 on Thursday 31st August 2023. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.
