GULZ- hot after their BBC news interview- take to the iconic stage at the Forge in Soho to deliver yet another show of clunky chords, plastic pint cups and non stop hits. You’d be insane to miss it. This is your band, your friends and your songs. Expect chaos, laughter, major chords, plastic pint cups, and guitar-occupied boogieing . Support from: Limonata and Wave BIO: Not long after songwriter/producer/ then-medical student- Gulz Dhanoya started crafting and releasing tunes from his bedroom in Newcastle, did BBC introducing, local radio and media take interest. Gig offers were coming left, right and centre, so Gulz drafted in his closest allies / fellow medical students (Eliza Lassman, Sam Stonor and Charles Harris) to join the live band. Soon after, shows started to sell out, ridiculous merch tees flew off shelves, and there was ‘hype’ (?!) around the 4 boys. Thereafter, the anatomy books closed, the stethoscopes got dropped, and the only rhythm the boys focused on were the ones they created in Camden’s Pirate Studios and LeMob Studios (formally, Lyncnmob; Paul Weller, Noel Gallagher, Mark Ronson). Show after show, song after song, the boys got stronger - and so did their loyal fan base. Headline shows at the Camden Assembly, the Old Blue Last, The O2 Academy Islington, Ronnie Scott’s and more. All Sold Out. Dodgy management contracts and the odd label have come knocking; the boys are ready to soar, but where and how is the question.
